But here’s the thing - the app feels kinda barebones. No seat selection during check-in, which is weird since you can do it online. Also, the search function for new flights is clunky. I tried finding a last-minute trip to Doha, and the filters were basic - no date range shortcuts, no “cheapest” sorting option. Compared to Emirates’ app, which has all the bells and whistles, this feels like version 1.0. And if you’re not already a Gulf Air customer, the app doesn’t really do anything for you.
